At DeskUp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at contact@deskup.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and the return address within 24 hours.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Address Returns are processed through our logistics partner. Please contact us at contact@deskup.uk to receive the appropriate return address for your order.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@deskup.uk with photos. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason without justification. Contact us at contact@deskup.uk to initiate the process.
